What does this MR do?

Starts pushing main docker images to DockerHub again

Why was this MR needed?

We stopped doing that by mistake in %15.0

What's the best way to test this MR?

No good way about it but to merge it and check the logs, main branch should push images as we were doing so before

What are the relevant issue numbers?

Closes #29085 (closed)
