Docs: Add how to log in as current user in the Terminal so gitlab-runner installs properly

What does this MR do?

This MR introduces a command to run to log in as the current user in the Terminal window prior to installing GitLab Runner. It also introduces a command to see what Users exist on the system from the Terminal.
