What does this MR do?

We should remove the distribution of this package.

Why was this MR needed?

The ubuntu/eaon (19.10) reached end of life in July 2020.

What's the best way to test this MR?

make version should not list the eaon platform in DEB platforms.

What are the relevant issue numbers?

Closes #26036 (closed)
