Fix pipeline configuration for docs branches

What does this MR do?

Fixes the pipelines configuration for documentation branches.

Why was this MR needed?

With !2845 (merged) we've introduced a bridge job trigerring our integration tests in a dedicated project. This however didn't include the case when docs branch are pushed and the needed binaries job is not created at all.

What's the best way to test this MR?
