Add mention to pwsh support in Docker executor docs

What does this MR do?

Adds a mention to the newly introduced support of Powershell Core (pwsh) in the Docker executor.

Why was this MR needed?

Although there was a mention to a new pwsh helper Docker image tag in the Advanced Configuration page, there was no mention to support for the pwsh shell in the Docker executor page.
