Add CI_SERVER_TOKEN to docs as found at https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-runner/-/blob/master/common/config.go#L463 and in use at https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/charts/gitlab-runner/-/blob/master/templates/configmap.yaml#L45
