Add new images for OpenShift install for 13.7 release [docs]

What does this MR do?

Add new images for installing the runner on OpenShift based on the changes in the 13.7 release.

Why was this MR needed?

The previous images do not have GitLab Runner Operator as a separate installation option. In the previous release there was only one operator with label = GitLAb.
