Add tests to Powershell shell

What does this MR do?

Adds some tests to the Powershell shell that were not being tested, such as GetName, IsDefault or GetConfiguration.

Why was this MR needed?

To make it less likely that we'll introduce bugs in the future.

What are the relevant issue numbers?
