Fix indentation of runners.cache in kubernetes.md

What does this MR do?

Kubernetes installation guide mentions cache set of values for gitlab-runners.

Currently, section Using cache with configuration template provides an example where cache is out of runners configuration set.

This needs to be included within runners values set to be picked up by gitlab-runner deployment.
