Enable goprintffuncname linter

Pedro Pombeiro (OOO from July 16th till Aug 7th) requested to merge 25903-goprintffuncname-linter into master

What does this MR do?

Enables the goprintffuncname linter in .golangci.yml and fixes reported issues.

Why was this MR needed?

To ensure we comply with Go guidelines that mandate an f suffix in a function name that behaves like printf

Are there points in the code the reviewer needs to double check?

Does this MR meet the acceptance criteria?

  • Added tests for this feature/bug
  • In case of conflicts with master - branch was rebased
