What does this MR do?

Remove the FF_USE_LEGACY_VOLUMES_MOUNTING_ORDER as mentioned in #6581 (closed) .

Why was this MR needed?

The FF_USE_LEGACY_VOLUMES_MOUNTING_ORDER will be deprecated in v13.

Does this MR meet the acceptance criteria?

  • Documentation created/updated
  • Added tests for this feature/bug
  • In case of conflicts with master - branch was rebased
