Removed `CONTAINER_ID` in prepare.sh, so `CONTAINER_ID` in base.sh is used.

What does this MR do?

Removed CONTAINER_ID in prepare.sh

Why was this MR needed?

CONTAINER_ID in prepare.sh is not same with the one in base.sh. So the container launched in prepare.sh can not be used in run.sh or cleanup.sh
