What does this MR do?

With the advent of an updated version of go after !1581 (merged) , Go report provides a good way to track Go good practices

Why was this MR needed?

Is not NEEDED is just a good to have ;)

  • Documentation created/updated
  • Added tests for this feature/bug
  • In case of conflicts with master - branch was rebased
