Add note about IAM role usage for s3 cache configuration

What does this MR do?

Extend an already exiting note in the documentation.

Why was this MR needed?

In a autoscale configuration it is not clear and expected that the role of the machine running the gitlab-runner instance and not the role of machine pulling the actual cache is used.
