Update docs to specify default shell of OS

Why was this MR needed?

In !1406 (merged) we changed the default shell for Windows to PowerShell for new registered Runners.

It was suggested by users that the documentation is not very clear about it !1406 (comment 194070467).

Are there points in the code the reviewer needs to double check?

No.

Does this MR meet the acceptance criteria?

  • Documentation created/updated
  • Added tests for this feature/bug
  • In case of conflicts with master - branch was rebased
