WIP: Add life of a job
What does this MR do?
Add documentation about the Life of a GitLab Job to help understand the sequence a job goes through from start to finish. This will help with understanding what issues we need to open to track for &830
Why was this MR needed?
Honestly, we may decide not to merge this MR, but it was an easy way to collaborate on a mermaidjs sequence diagram
