Use `git-lfs` 2.7.1 in the helper image for `GIT_ALTERNATE_OBJECT_DIRECTORIES`

What does this MR do?

Updates git-lfs in the x86_64 runner helper image to 2.7.1.

Why was this MR needed?

We do git clone caching via GIT_ALTERNATE_OBJECT_DIRECTORIES, and while git-lfs honors it, the version packaged in alpine does not.

Are there points in the code the reviewer needs to double check?

None known -- it's pretty short, though :)
