DOC: note on case-sensitive proxy variables and the need for upper and lower case versions

What does this MR do?

Add a note in the docs on the fact that some programs only regard lower and other only upper case proxy variable names.

Why was this MR needed?

This fact seems not mentioned in the docs so far.

Are there points in the code the reviewer needs to double check?

Should this note be placed somewhere else as it not bound to CNTLM, nor possibly necessarily docker.
