Invalid kubes cert error
Summary
We recently renewed the certs on our kubernetes cluster, we're running gitlab-runner in kubes using the latest
tag, since doing this we are getting an "Unauthorized" error as well as an incorrect cert error.

Renew kubernetes cert using process defined here
Run pipeline in gitlab
Actual behavior

Environment description
We are running gitlab-runner v12.6.0, also tested with v12.0.0, in kubernetes v1.13.12. Using hosted gitlab 12.3.1
