Enable collapsible element with `powershell/pwsh`

Summary

This issue is a follow-up issue for gitlab#409350 (closed) and #3392 (closed)

Since %16.5 collapsible element works with bash shell set in the config.toml. However, with pwsh/PowerShell it is not yet the case. The following comment explains what is not functional

With this issue, we would like to enable collapsible element using pwsh/PowerShell

Actual behavior

Multi command lines are not collapsible

Expected behavior
