Include the name of the node on where the job was executed in the GitLab Runner logs when using the Kubernetes executor
Description
One of our customers requested to have the name of the node be included in the runner logs when using Kubernetes executor to make it easier to troubleshoot if the problem is related to the node or not.
Proposal
Here is an example of the first few lines when using kubernetes
