List runners that need an update
Description
Currently, GitLab itself reports in the admin menu, if it has a new update or if there is a security update. This mechanism does not exist for runners. I'm operating 7 runners and not all of them are always up-to-date. In addition, it's not visible if runners get updates between normal GitLab updates.
Proposal
In addition to the GitLab main system update information, please provide if any registered runner needs an update. Moreover, in the list of runners, please:
- provide a hint of the runner uses an old runner software
- filter runners by old/updateable software
If possible distinguish between:
- minor update
- feature/major update based on GitLab update, and
- security update
