I see the last activity was around 8 years ago. It also looks like this was replaced with the clear-docker-cache command. https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-runner/blob/main/packaging/root/usr/share/gitlab-runner/clear-docker-cach

If not, perhaps we could archive it?
