[Installation script] GitLab 6.x - CentOs - Bundler

I was walking through the install from a blank VM to fully installed GitLab instance, and bundler had not been installed at this point. There was also a requirement by atomic that I install ruby-devel, but I don't know if that will always be the case so I did not add it to the README.
