Draft: Add Integration Jobs

This MR adds a new scenario and new jobs to run tests tagged with :integration with the Test::Integration::Image scenario.

I thought it might be good to formalize the scenario rather than use Test::Instance::Image in order to clarify and encapsulate the type of test run in this job.
