Use user scenario Test::Integration::Mattermost

Towards #26 (closed), this updates the Test::Integration::Mattermost environment suite to invoke newly implemented user suite Test::Integration::Mattermost

Some slight refactoring was done to Docker::Specs#{test,test_address} was performed to expose the name of the suite to be tested, and converted the argument passing style to use keyword arguments, to allow further extension to be less painful.
