Remove link to testcase when test passed

Edits the test session report to not link to the corresponding testcase issue if the test has passed. This is to reduce the number of comments/system notes on the testcase issues themselves as it's becoming a problem with notes timing out as noted here: https://gitlab.com/gl-retrospectives/quality/-/issues/28#note_504292668
