Draft: Include this project in the suggested reviewers beta

What does this MR do and why?

The Suggested Reviewers feature is in beta with customers at the moment. It's also enabled on gitlab-org/gitlab.

I figured it would be interesting to see how it does with this relatively smaller project.

Blocked: The project needs to be whitelisted, which might not be trivial. Could be best to wait for 15.4 when enrolling will be easier.
