Extend https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ce/blob/master/qa/qa/specs/features/merge_request/create_spec.rb by setting a label to the merge request

Steps:

  1. Set a project label (which can be created through the labels' dropdown, or via the labels page)

  2. Save the MR

  3. Make sure that the label appear on the MR page
