Add logs for more visibility in 404s and archive corruption event

What does this MR do?

While debugging https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-pages/-/issues/690 and #694 (closed) , found out that we have less visibility into when some 404s, archive corruption and some other error event occurs. This MR add some logs which will be useful to debug when the issue pops up again.
