This is actually a featureless release. The two MRs referenced are a large refactoring that we should put into its own release so we can easily revert to v1.10.0 if problems emerge in production. All the acceptance tests continue to pass, however, and there are no changes to the gitlab side of things implied by these changes, so I have high confidence that the changes are good.
