Use unquoted output for git ls-tree

This is a follow-up to https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gollum-lib/-/merge_requests/10 (Ref: gitlab#16131 (closed)).

Without the -z flag, filenames with certain special characters are output with quotes.
