Change language for testing colour fallback
What does this MR do?
This MR changes a language in the spec for the colours in the language graph.
Are there points in the code the reviewer needs to double check?
Why was this MR needed?
Linguist recently added a colour for PowerShell. Upgrading to the recent Linguist version would make this test mark as failed, so I changed it to another language as a precaution.
