Whitelist more project names
What does this MR do?
Whitelist project names that wont break our routing: help, ci, admin, search.
Are there points in the code the reviewer needs to double check?

Why was this MR needed?
Prevent 404 if project name is admin, help etc. On GitLab.com this MR whitelist 700 projects.
We did same for dashboard recently at https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ce/merge_requests/8216
