For everywhere in GitLab, simplify the copy / copied tooltip.

Change 2: Commit page
The hash itself implies that, similar to all over GitLab. Don't need to expand the commit hash, since you can copy it from clicking the button. This is consistent with other places in GitLab.

Remove the unnecessary words. The user understand that it's the latest commit. Now you can copy to clipboard.
