That URL is invalid, probably needs a .md at the end. I didn't find mentions on the Changelog to specific template additions.
I found no reference to the other template files in the documentation.
What are the relevant issue numbers?
Likely related to #21867 (closed), although not modifying since the test-clojure-application.md file references a specific test application. Just filed #23518 (closed) as an enhancement request.
