Tabs for explicitly subscribed issues and merge requests
What does this MR do?
Adds a tab to the issue and merge request navigation for getting back to issues and merge requests that you have explicitly subscribed to, with a view to these including, in future, all issues and merge requests that you participate in.
The tab shows on the issues dashboard and merge requests dashboard as well as the project pages, so four places in all.
