navbar_icon was renamed to custom_icon

In https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ce/merge_requests/4909 it's still using navbar_icon but now it's renamed to custom_icon in https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ce/merge_requests/5156
