Bump the CACHE_COMMONMARK_VERSION
What does this MR do?
Due to a missing default (https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ce/issues/67037) the asset proxy could have generated incorrect image links. Although this is fixed, some cached markdown could still contain incorrect links. Bump the CACHE_COMMONMARK_VERSION to ensure they are recalculated.
