Fix Expected Pricing for 'Environment-specific variables' feature
What does this MR do?

Fixes the expected pricing level for Environment-specific variables feature since it has been moved to core in Gitlab 12.2.
Please note that the feature-comparison page is not up-to date either (but i don't know where to find it).
