Add auto_sign_in_with_provider info to OmniAuth doc

What does this MR do?

Adds information on the auto_sign_in_with_provider information to the OmniAuth documentation. This is already documented for the SAML integration, but the setting is available for all OmniAuth providers. It is documented in the helm chart, and was brought up in the following ticket: https://gitlab.zendesk.com/agent/tickets/129810
