Updated description in the Gitlab Prometheus metrics section
What does this MR do?
While looking for more information about Prometheus, I came across an error on this page https://docs.gitlab.com/ee/administration/monitoring/prometheus/gitlab_metrics.html#gitlab-prometheus-metrics The description on the first section does not align completely with what we have today.
Does this MR meet the acceptance criteria?
