Update QA readme to note that Chrome/Chromium is required

What does this MR do?

Updates the QA readme to note that Chrome/Chromium is required.

A discussion about the requirements for gitlab-qa lead to the discovery that we don't actually say Chrome/Chromium is required (at least when running the tests directly, i.e., when not using gitlab-qa).
