WIP: Zoom integration - Add Zoom Service as project service

What does this MR do?

This is a preliminary implementation of Zoom API integration, where Zoom service was added as one of project services. Discussion about the way ZoomService will be authenticating is not finished yet in this issue #63450 (moved). Thus service implementation will depend on the decision made in the above discussion.

To show Zoom among integrations - enable zoom_integration feature flag
