WIP: Resolve "Add a resend confirmation link to the need to confirm alert"

What does this MR do?

Because people tend to loose emails, especially after 30 days, which is the grace period for users to access GL without confirming their email address, a 'Resend' link is welcome in the alert flash message shown when trying to log in with an unconfirmed email address after the grace period.
