Fix display of performance bar shortcut help text

What does this MR do?

The help screen for keyboard shortcuts would not display the performance bar shortcut, unless you already had it enabled, which defeats the purpose of the shortcut. This MR also fixes the display to match the others "2 key" shortcuts on the modal.
