Update jenkins.md - add CTA to about.gitlab page

What does this MR do?

This page competes with the marketing page on competitive term, so marketing is requesting to add a CTA on the page to traffic back to about.gitlab Jenkins vs. GitLab page, so we can optimize our paid ads spend.
