Markdown issues: Checkbox inside blockquote status won't be saved

What does this MR do?

Expands the definition of Taskable::ITEM_PATTERN so that it recognizes task items in a blockquote, such as

> > - [ ] a task item

They will now be clickable and counted in any task completed calculations, similar to how task items are in multiline blockquotes:

- [ ] a task item
>>>
