Improve table rendering for Project Dashboard doc

What does this MR do?

This MR fixes rendering of Dashboard Configuration added in https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ce/merge_requests/28154.

While the YAML and the tables render fine in the GitLab project it is broken on docs.gitlab.com.
