Apply modal border-radius only to direct children

What does this MR do?

Fix unintended side effects of https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ce/merge_requests/30414

Specifically, border-radius rules are being applied to all first-children inside the modal, instead of just the first-level children as intended (https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ce/issues/63157#note_190858028)
